Supply Chain / Manufacturing Business Systems Analyst
Ultradent, a global leader in oral health, is seeking a functional/technical Supply Chain / Manufacturing Business Systems Analyst to implement, support, and optimize supply chain and manufacturing systems in a growing pharmaceutical and medical device environment.
This role partners with business and technical teams and is based in the Salt Lake City, Utah area.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Inventory, Quality, and Product Sustainment teams to gather requirements and address operational challenges
Analyze, document, and improve end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing, and quality processes
Support, maintain, and enhance Oracle Supply Chain/Manufacturing (on-prem and Cloud) and Agile PLM applications, plus other related applications
Lead requirements gathering, research, and solution design; produce BRDs, use cases, functional specs, and test cases
Coordinate testing and validation activities (unit, integration, UAT) and support change deployment
Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support; perform data analysis and reporting using SQL
Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to business users and leadership
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Experience supporting and implementing Oracle or similar Supply Chain/Manufacturing (EBS and/or Cloud), Agile PLM, and other Supply Chain applications.
Systems integration experience
SQL skills for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting
Strong written/verbal communication and ability to work at all organizational levels
Organized and disciplined in project and change management environments
Self-motivated team player; able to manage small, medium, and large projects
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Hands-on implementation/support experience with Oracle (EBS and/or Cloud) and Agile PLM
Oracle Cloud SCP experience a plus.
Production Scheduling support/implementation experience
MES and/or PLM implementation and support experience
Experience with Business Intelligence practices and tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI)
Supply chain or manufacturing operations background; GMP experience preferred
Supply Chain certifications such as IIBA and/or APICS certifications are a plus
