Territory sales role focused on building relationships with dental office staff and providers, prospecting new customers, growing core accounts, meeting sales quotas, and traveling regularly for trainings and events. Requires strong prospecting/closing, teaching and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Manage and optimize Ultradent's global MarTech stack, lead lifecycle, and marketing automation. Own HubSpot administration, build workflows and dashboards, support regional teams, and collaborate with IT, sales, and product teams to improve lead management, CRM integration, reporting, and scalable marketing processes.

Drive territory sales by building relationships with dental office staff and clinicians, prospecting new customers, growing core accounts, meeting sales goals, and traveling for trainings and industry events.

Prepare and coordinate consolidated U.S. federal and multi-state income tax compliance, ASC 740 tax provision, and indirect tax filings (sales/use, VAT, property). Support audits, research technical tax issues, improve tax processes, advise management, and collaborate with internal teams and external advisors.

Lead end-to-end projects across software, process, governance, and facilities. Build plans, manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholders. Drive cross-functional teams, remove roadblocks, report progress, and lead change management while applying proportional PM rigor within regulated medical device quality expectations.

Lead and grow the enterprise PMO team while managing complex projects end-to-end. Prioritize projects with company leaders, run PMO operations, enforce governance, and deliver scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable team to manage invoicing, collections, payment processing, account reconciliation, and AR performance analysis. Partner cross-functionally to resolve billing issues, support month-/year-end close, audits, and ERP improvements, and drive process improvements to strengthen cash flow and customer experience.

Develop and maintain executable production schedules and inventory plans by analyzing demand forecasts and capacity constraints. Use MTS/MTO/ATO strategies and MRP logic to pass production requirements to manufacturing, minimize inventory liability, and maximize customer delivery. Coordinate with manufacturing, analyze demand changes, and drive operational KPIs for finished goods, subassemblies, and capacity.
