Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Manage supplier performance, including delivery, responsiveness, quality, and risk management.
Drive resolution of material shortages, supply constraints, and critical escalations.
Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies to ensure supply continuity.
Monitor key supply chain metrics and implement corrective actions when required.
Partner with Procurement and Category Managers to optimize supplier relationships and sourcing strategies.
Coordinate with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Engineering teams to support business objectives.
Lead continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, automation, cost reduction, and customer value creation.
Analyze supply chain data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and business growth initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and supply chain best practices.
Mentor and support team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of minimum 2 years in the semiconductor, high-tech, or manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience managing suppliers and driving performance improvements.
Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
Strong communication and partner management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
Project management experience and continuous improvement approach.
Knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and sourcing processes.
Strong ownership and accountability.
Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.
