SC&H's Enterprise Advisory & Transformation practice helps organizations optimize existing systems, implement modern solutions, and modernize IT infrastructure including full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM implementations delivered through our CloudVista methodology. The practice is seeking Supply Chain Lead - Oracle Cloud SCM who will run the supply chain functional workstream day to day leading workshops, making configuration decisions within the architecture, and carrying the design from Blueprint through go-live. You're the hands-on functional expert the client's process owners work with every day, and the engine that turns design documents into a working system.

Work You'll Do:

  •  Lead requirements and design workshops for assigned SCM modules, driving to documented decisions and signed-off designs.
  • Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle Cloud SCM modules in line with the solution architecture.
  • Author and maintain functional design documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, and process flows to SC&H documentation standards.
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis and propose configuration-first solutions before extensions or workarounds.
  • Define and support master data requirements — items, suppliers, sourcing rules, on-hand balances and validate converted data each mock cycle.
  • Build test scenarios and lead SIT and UAT cycles for the SCM workstream, including defect triage and retest management.
  • Deliver train-the-trainer sessions and support development of end-user training materials and job aids.
  • Manage day-to-day priorities of supply chain analysts, reviewing their work and developing their skills.
  • Support cutover execution and hypercare, resolving functional issues and stabilizing operations post-go-live.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of supply chain functional experience, with at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) SCM implementations.
  • Hands-on configuration expertise in at least two of: Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, or Cost Management.
  • Strong working knowledge of core supply chain processes — procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and inventory control.
  • Experience writing high-quality functional documentation (FDDs, test scripts, configuration workbooks).
  • Proven workshop facilitation skills with business process owners and SMEs.
  • Experience leading or executing SIT/UAT test cycles with structured defect management.

Preferred

  • Oracle Cloud SCM certification in one or more modules.
  • Consulting experience with direct client-facing delivery responsibility.
  • Exposure to FBDI data loads and OTBI reporting from the functional side.
  • Experience mentoring junior consultants or analysts.
  • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) or similar supply chain credential.

Salary & Benefits

The expected annual base salary for this position is $170,000-$190,000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.

Skills Required

  • 6+ years of supply chain functional experience
