Interns receive mentorship, professional training, and exposure to consulting service lines while developing analytical, communication, project management, and business skills. The role requires strong academic performance, Microsoft Office proficiency, dependable transportation to Sparks, Maryland, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Ten-week, in-person summer interns assist consulting teams with Oracle EPM and OneStream CPM implementations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial close and consolidation applications. Interns research cloud technologies, collaborate on client projects, complete technical and professional training, and participate in mentorship and team events. The role includes mentorship, client project exposure, and professional development during a 10-week, in-person program. Interns must demonstrate strong analytical, communication, organizational, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills while working approximately 30–32 hours weekly.
