Lead IT operations, teams, and vendor relationships; own service delivery, incident/change management, network and endpoint security, DR/BC planning, and full lifecycle IT project delivery. Act as business partner to translate firm needs into IT initiatives, enforce compliance and SLAs, and drive modernization and continuous improvement.

Work on consulting engagements for Fortune 500 clients, solve complex problems, learn and apply new technologies, communicate persuasively, manage and prioritize multiple projects, and be a dependable team member. Position is on-site in Hunt Valley, MD and may require travel to client locations.

Perform contract compliance audits: assess contract risks, select suppliers, conduct stakeholder interviews, request and review supplier documentation, create and deliver audit reports, support supplier negotiations to recover refunds, and recommend contract and process improvements while maintaining client relationships.

Provide tax compliance, planning, and research for middle market and public clients. Prepare complex returns (emphasis on Partnerships and C Corps), form opinions on tax issues, maintain strong workpapers, and communicate with clients and SC&H professionals.

Lead corporate tax engagements including ASC 740 income tax provisions, consolidated federal/state/local returns, strategic federal/state tax planning, monitor tax law changes, prepare projections, mentor and manage tax team, support business development and client relationships.

Executive HR leader responsible for end-to-end HR strategy and operations across a growing global consulting firm. Lead a team of HR professionals to build scalable HR infrastructure, ensure multi-jurisdictional compliance, manage performance and talent programs, oversee onboarding/offboarding and HRIS data integrity, handle employee relations and investigations, and advise senior leadership on culture and workforce growth.

Lead tax engagements for middle-market clients, oversee compliance and consulting, mentor staff, identify cross-sell and business development opportunities, maintain client and audit relationships, and contribute to practice growth with a partner-track focus.

Lead complex business valuation engagements across industries, perform DCF and other valuation analyses, build financial models and reports compliant with ASC/IRC standards, advise clients on valuation strategy, manage client relationships, and mentor junior valuation professionals.
