The role will include the following processes:

  • Managing the daily order flow generated by internal departments towards the 3PL
  • Follow-up on daily activities to ensure timely completion by 3PL
  • Daily alignment with 3PL on open workload and priorities
  • Coordinating Vendor quality management for deliveries
  • First point of contact within Hunkemoller for logistical activities
  • Following up on issues raised by Vendors and 3PL
  • Daily alignment on forecasting
  • Creating daily reports to show progress and identify point of attention
  • Working together with the supply chain project coordinator on constantly improving the processes within the supply chain
  • Close collaboration with the Hunkemoller Merchandise and Wholesale teams to ensure smooth delivery of goods to all Hunkemoller stores and customers

 

Our ideal candidate for this role:

  • At least 2 years' experience in similar role or logistics business office role
  • Has a strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Enjoys working collaboratively, as part of a team and building strong working relationships
  • Has knowledge in using Business analytical tool (SAP BW, MicroStrategy, Business Objectives)
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
  • Very good English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fun environment
  • Experience within logistics and transport roles is a bonus
