Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Inbound Management and Support
- Place purchase orders to brand owners as required to replenish stock for four buffer warehouses in Asia
- Communicate and follow up with brand owners order status end-to-end to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor and track shipment progress, handle enquiries and provide updates to stakeholders as required
- Responsible for the collection, checking, preparation and filing of shipping documents
- Coordinate and follow up with 3PLs and forwarders to ensure smooth and on-time receipt of import cargoes
- Collect, check and handle 3PLs invoices
Inventory and Logistics Support
- Handle and monitor intra-region transfer shipments within Asia
- Arrange and support in/out transportations of deliveries and transfers of commercial goods and POSM among warehouses
- Monitor and execute inventory transactions in system to ensure correct update of stock records
- Support the monthly stock reconciliation process to ensure synchronization of system inventory with 3PL records
- Handle and follow up ordering of dry goods from brand companies
Data Management and Reporting Support
- Support the validation, accuracy checks, consolidation and maintenance of supply chain master data across different systems
- Assist in the preparation of data dashboards and presentations across Planning, Logistics and Customer Operations
- Prepare and compile regular and ad-hoc analysis reports as required
Others
- Prepare and compile relevant reports, review and interpret data as appropriate
- Assist in warehouse and inventory management, e.g. stocktaking, stock destruction, stock reconciliation
- Assist and perform any ad-hoc projects or duties as required
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related disciplines
- 1–2 years experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or administrative support
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g. JDE, SAP, Oracle) is preferred
- Experience in data handling, reporting, or coordination work
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organization skills
- Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
