The PositionJob PurposeTo provide essential administrative and operational support to the supply chain and logistics team. This role focuses on executing day-to-day routine tasks, including sales order data entry, basic inventory monitoring, and assisting with shipment follow-ups, to ensure the overall supply chain workflow operates smoothly.Responsibility & Accountability- Responsible for sales order intake and planning of delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery and commitment to customers' requests.
- Perform accurate data entry for customer orders into the SAP system.
- Maintain good after-sales service and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with 3PL to ensure that inbound shipments are received and stored on time and achieve the KPI target.
- Follow up and communicate with the global headquarters on shipment and delivery statuses.
- Handle export China shipments under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in the inventory movement and monitoring process.
- Assist the team in preparing timely reports on all aspects of the Supply Chain.
- Assist in manipulating SAP data for analysis purposes.
- Assist the team to streamline process flows or practices to improve efficiency by learning and exploring new technology.
- Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders in various projects.
- HKDSE (Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education), Form 5/Form 7 graduate, or a Diploma/Certificate in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a positive learning attitude are highly welcome.
- Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data entry accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and Chinese word processing.
- Good basic command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Patient, responsible, and a strong team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
