Apart from analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency, increase customer satisfaction and reduce cost, you will also drive cross functional improvement projects as a project manager. You will play an important role to make the most efficient and beneficial decisions - whether it's about meeting customer needs or streamlining our supply chain. We are now looking for a new member to our Supply Chain Projects team at our headquarters in Lund. You will make a real impact developing solutions for improved decision making throughout our Supply Chain organization.
 

What you’ll do here as Supply Chain Analyst:

You will:

• analyze supply chain data from different systems to identify challenges and opportunities and defining plans of action to increase business efficiency.
• provide data analysis in the early phases of improvement projects and activities to make the most efficient and beneficial decisions
• provide data analysis as important input when prioritizing focus areas within Global Supply Chain
• be an important orderer towards our Operations Analytics team, ordering new analytics solutions or improving current analytics solutions, mainly in Qlik sense
• collaborate with colleagues in our different functions, understanding their problems and needs, and together with them come to a solution for resolving the issue
• work closely with project stakeholders to fully understand their issues, create, and implement strategies for change, and turn potential into performance
• drive improvement activities for our way of working with a data driven approach within Global Supply Chain
• suggest KPI’s and KPI targets with support of data from different sources

We expect you to have

• proven experience from working in, or collaborating with, Supply Chain functions in a global environment
• proven hands-on experience from working with supply chain optimization
• proven experience of investigating the business situation, identifying, and evaluating options for improvement, defining requirements, and implementing
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel or Minitab)
• excellent communication and collaboration skills
• a business- and customer-oriented mindset
• an education focused on Supply Chain Management
• at least 5 years of relevant professional experience

Meritorious if you have

• Minimum Six Sigma Green Belt
• LEAN knowledge
• Qlik Sense knowledge
   

Who is your future team?

Supply Chain projects is a team of six individuals, with expertise including Supply Chain Management, Project Management and Continuous improvements. You will report to Supply Chain Manager, Project Management - Global Supply Chain
