About The Team
You will be working with two awesome teams: the Supply Team and the Partnership Team. Get ready to dive into the PPOB industry and learn all about Indonesia’s agent network. You’ll get hands-on experience with the products we sell and assist with daily monitoring of product success rates, reliability, and availability.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Helping daily monitoring (Success Rate, Reliability & Availability products)
- Helping after sales complain (FU complain from CX team to partner group)
- Align with internal stakeholders about day to day deposit transfer to partner.
- Digging into data for deep analysis and insights.
- Super eager to learn and grow.
- Comfortable with copywriting and know how to craft a good message.
- A whiz at Excel/spreadsheets and love working with data.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, because the little things matter.
- Already have internship experience under your belt (bonus points!).
