Function:
The role of the Supply Analyst is to ensure effective supply planning of fuel to aviation sites, as well as the efficient planning and availability of new drums, with the objective of maintaining zero stockouts across all aviation sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Planning & Coordination
- Monitor daily Stock on Hand (SOH) submitted by all aviation sites
- Extract and analyze sales data through Mass Balance in Navision
- Develop daily replenishment plans based on SOH and consumption trends
- Plan and allocate Transtainer (TT) movements across all locations
- Raise and manage Transfer Orders (TOs) for fuel movements
Supply Execution & Monitoring
- Coordinate with terminals, transporters, and shipping agencies to ensure timely execution of supply plans
- Track Tanktainer deliveries from loading to discharge points and return cycle
- Ensure all deliveries are accurately receipted in TOS
- Proactively address potential delays or disruptions to avoid stockouts
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain and update the Jet A1 Tanktainer Movement Report on a daily basis
- Track Tanktainer movements end-to-end, ensuring visibility of current locations
- Prepare and manage the Aviation Stock Progression Report using daily sales data
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all supply-related reports
Inventory & Procurement Support
Jet A1 Lined Drums
- Coordinate with the Aviation Commercial Manager to obtain demand forecasts
- Raise purchase orders based on forecast requirements
- Liaise with suppliers (local and overseas) to ensure timely supply
Avgas Drums Import
- Support import planning based on requirements provided by the Aviation Commercial Manager
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for imports
- Coordinate with the Customs Team to facilitate clearance and delivery
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Zero stockouts across all aviation sites
- Timely and accurate supply planning and execution
- Accuracy of reporting (TT movement and stock progression)
- On-time delivery and turnaround of Tanktainers
- Effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders

- To formally report to their Manager or supervisor any hazard, practice or condition that will affect safety or production or the community.
- All forms are completed as outlined in the procedures
- Any discrepancies of goods / services received are to be addressed through the Non-Conformance procedures
- All products are to be verified at appropriate stages as outlined in procedures and a record maintained.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Degree in Business or related field
