About the Role:
We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Operations Systems Administrator to join our Service Operations Team based in Port Moresby. This role primarily exists for planning, reporting systems and databases to support all Business Centres in PNG & SI region.
Reporting to the Service & Operations Manager, PNG/SI, your skills and experience will include:
- Ensure safety goals are achieved through personal commitment, no harm to self or others and participation in safety initiatives.
- Ensure business direction, team purpose, and change agenda is understood, agreed to and work activities are aligned
- Ensure stakeholder expectations and service standards are understood and delivered within agreed timeframes.
- AMT Management maintenance planning and Life cycle planning for HDPNG Assets (Vehicles and Fixed Plant) completion reports, enter genset CVA’s into AMT and schedule as per DVA report non-compliance to schedule. Enter agreed customers’ assets into AMT for forecasting component replacements.
- Produce weekly Labour workshops and field service capacity plans for regional workshops.
- Maintenance and Management of Planning Systems.
- Produce Gant Charts for project work as required.
About You
- Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or Sales & Marketing.
- Previous Dealership systems experience
- Expert Level in Microsoft Office applications; Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Administrative /Support role
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Asset Management and Customer Relationship Management Systems
