Coordinate and support commercial fuels strategy execution through commercial analysis, portfolio performance monitoring, pricing governance, contract and tender management, order processing (including SAP Ariba invoicing), ERP/CRM data maintenance, market intelligence, and business development support to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.

Coordinate daily fuel transport operations including daily and weekly freight reconciliation with haulers and finance, monitor deliveries and mechanical issues, manage purchase orders and payments, process transport credit notes, compile transport performance reports, and maintain operational records and GPS tracking.

Lead regional operational excellence for petroleum storage terminals and depots. Standardize procedures, monitor KPIs, assure inventory accuracy, drive process safety, support terminal automation (TMS/ATG), oversee stock reconciliation, and guide capacity planning, capital projects, and cross-country stakeholder engagement to optimize safe, compliant, and efficient product receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch.

Manage regional treasury activities including cash and liquidity forecasting, FX procurement and payments, debt and bank facility management, policy enforcement, bank relationship management, support Kyriba implementation, and provide treasury analysis and audit support.
