The role includes training in bitumen chemistry, rheology, and road paving materials.

Manages indirect tax compliance and strategy across the Africa region, covering VAT, GST, sales and use tax, excise tax, customs duties, filings, reconciliations, audits, disputes, licenses, and tax planning. The role maintains relationships with tax and customs authorities, improves tax processes and controls, formalizes policies, supports clearing and bond processes, provides training, and delivers management reporting.

Manage and grow B2B key accounts across lubricants and fuels, delivering sales, volume, margin, EBITDA, and retention targets. Responsibilities include prospecting, account planning, contract and pricing negotiations, receivables oversight, market intelligence, competitor monitoring, stakeholder engagement, product launches, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires regular customer travel and compliance with credit, HSSE, and company policies.
