Operates, maintains, repairs, and updates rotary-wing flight simulators. Responsibilities include controlling simulator systems, implementing data and software updates, running Qualification Test Guides, troubleshooting faults, maintaining manuals and records, coordinating repairs, and communicating with clients, contractors, aviation authorities, and OEM representatives while meeting regulatory and quality requirements.

Lead airworthiness and maintenance teams, oversee external providers, liaise with the Dutch aviation authority, ensure EASA compliance, manage safety and audit processes, monitor reliability, maintain personnel competence, and drive continuous improvement and operational readiness.

Manages the full lifecycle of company publications, including document changes, workflows, reviews, revisions, archival, status tracking, and distribution across electronic and hard-copy platforms. Supports eMan users, resolves system errors, coordinates EFB document maintenance with regional operations, recommends process improvements, and helps migrate to a global document control platform. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, IT skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Develops and supports business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, semantic models, data pipelines, governed datasets, and analytics tools. Translates business requirements into scalable data solutions, defines KPIs, improves processes through automation, and maintains data governance, security, data quality, and platform reliability. The role also supports users, resolves BI issues, and collaborates with IT and business stakeholders across locations.

Leads procurement activities for aircraft spares and equipment across multiple regions. Manages the purchasing team, supplier relationships, performance metrics, sourcing strategies, contract compliance, inventory availability, repairs, invoice coordination, and ERP catalog maintenance. Drives process improvements, resolves supply issues and discrepancies, develops procurement procedures, and collaborates with Supply Chain, Maintenance, Operations, Finance, and global suppliers to support fleet availability.

Support corporate monthly close including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, OneStream and SAP GL activities, financial analysis, SOX controls, and ad hoc projects while partnering with business and finance stakeholders.
