The PositionAre you a proactive and highly motivated person eager to kick-start your career in an international company? At Roche Pharma Italy, we are looking for an intern to join our Procurement team for a 6-month internship to support the local implementation of Supplier Onboarding solution.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience by directly contributing to a strategic project. You'll work closely with our local team to optimize and standardize supplier management processes, playing an active role in a high-impact initiative from day one.
What you will do:
- Support the project team by analyzing current processes and suggesting improvements.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the new Supplier Onboarding solution.
- Assist with data analysis and create reports to track project progress.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Help prepare training materials and documentation for the new process.
- In addition, you will have the opportunity to support the team with day-to-day procurement activities, gaining specific knowledge in indirect procurement categories.
What we're looking for:
- A degree in Economics or Business Administration.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Proactive, precise, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong motivation for professional growth and a desire to learn.
- Excellent command of both Italian and English (written and spoken).
