What You Will Do
Serve as a player-coach, balancing personal recruiting responsibilities while supporting the performance, development, and success of the Talent Acquisition team.
Provide onsite leadership, guidance, mentoring, and day-to-day support to recruiters.
Assist with workload balancing, recruiting priorities, onboarding, and training activities.
Partner with hiring managers to develop talent acquisition strategies, workforce plans, and recruiting solutions that support business objectives
Promote compliance with employment laws, recruiting policies, and hiring best practices.
What You Need to Bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent recruiting experience.
Demonstrated success recruiting both hourly and salaried positions, including operations, maintenance, engineering, supply chain, administrative, professional, and management roles.
Demonstrated informal leadership, mentoring, coaching, or team support experience.
Knowledge of compliant hiring practices and employment laws.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), candidate sourcing, recruiting metrics, and talent acquisition best practices.
