Operates manual mills, lathes, grinders, and occasional CNC equipment; reads blueprints; performs precision measurements and inspections; troubleshoots gearboxes, pumps, and production machinery; and conducts welding, fabrication, and plasma-cutting repairs. Maintains tooling inventory, supports production and maintenance teams, and follows safety procedures including lockout/tagout.

The intern will gain practical field experience while supporting additional tasks assigned by the Equipment Engineering Manager or Intern Coordinator.

Supports pricing, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, accounting, and sales allowance administration. Partners with sales, marketing, department managers, and senior leadership to analyze initiatives, forecast account P&Ls, manage contractual credits and allowances, and produce volume reports and ad hoc studies. Requires advanced Excel modeling and strong analytical, communication, and financial skills, with experience in accounting or finance, preferably within manufacturing.

Coordinates corporate HR operations including HRIS administration, onboarding, compliance reporting, employee records, offboarding, engagement activities, and employee inquiries. Maintains accurate data across Workday, UKG, and Oracle HRMS; supports audits, E-Verify, I-9 tracking, system testing, process documentation, and HR projects. Serves as the on-site HR contact while collaborating with HR, IT, payroll, and business teams.

Coordinates customer quality concerns from intake through resolution, supports CAPA documentation and tracking, maintains audit-ready records, standardizes responses, and facilitates corrective-action communication across manufacturing sites. The role partners with Quality, Operations, and other teams to ensure timely, consistent customer responses and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Leads pricing strategy and execution for new business, renewals, price actions, and portfolio optimization. Evaluates customer, product, and contract economics; establishes pricing governance, controls, metrics, and approval processes; oversees contractual pricing execution and dispute resolution; and monitors financial performance. Partners with Finance, Sales, Operations, Procurement, Legal, customers, and suppliers while presenting recommendations to executives. Manages and develops the pricing team and drives continuous process improvement.
