El supervisor es responsable de la seguridad, atencion y solucion a problemas laborales, calidad, entrega y productividad de su departamento. Este puesto esta enfocado en la mano de obra intensiva de los productos con la implementación de la metodología Lean y Trabajo Estandarizado para mejorar la posición de costos de la empresa.
* Funciones Principales
1.- Supervisar a su personal para el cumplimiento del trabajo.
2.- Cumplimiento al plan diario de produccion.
3.- Cumplimiento a los estandares y politicas de EHS.
4.- Cumplimiento al plan de control y sistema de calidad.
5.- Asegurar la mejora continua atraves de la utilizacion de
herramientas RBS.
6.- Buscar desarrollo del personal atraves de la matriz de habilidades.
7.- Cumplimiento a metricos de SCRAP.
8.- Cumplimiento a metricos financieros (control de gasto).
9.- Lograr el compromiso de su personal a cargo.
10.- Seguimiento y actualizacion de metricos de produccion.
11.- Trabajo en equipo con areas de soporte.
12.- Cumplimiento a las 5S en areas productivas.
13.- Mantener disciplina mediante la aplicacion del reglamento interno.
* Objetivos principales
1.- Cumplir con plan de ventas
2.- Cumplir con 100% de OTD a clientes criticos.
3.- Cumplir con el 90 % de OTD en general.
4.- Cumplir con meta de scrap.
Pefil:
-Licenciatura o ingenieria a fin a Producción
-De3 - 5 años de experiencia
-Ordenado, Apegado a reglas, respetuoso, organizado
-Herramientas Lean : 5S, Trabajo estandar,
Eliminacion de desperdicios, Solucion de problemas
-Ingles deseable.
