Position Overview:
The office supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office staff.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervising administrative staff, including office clerks
- Supervising paperwork filing and imaging.
- Supervising of office employees hours and time cards
- intervening with and resolving personnel issues.
- Insuring proper communication between a terminal and the CSR team

Work environment/physical demands summary:
This job operates in an office environment or remote and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
