RESUME DU POSTE :
Le Superviseur Comptabilité Clients garantit la bonne gestion du pôle et contribue au fonctionnement quotidien du service financier. En véritable relais opérationnel, il veille à la fiabilité des processus et participe activement aux travaux comptables du département.
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :
- Superviser le pôle Comptabilité Clients et en assurer le bon fonctionnement.
- Préparer, vérifier et émettre les factures clients / relevés de compte selon les procédures de l'Entreprise et la législation en vigueur.
- Assurer le suivi de la balance des clients débiteurs et effectuer les relances nécessaires
- Revoir périodiquement la procédure crédit et autres procédures du Département.
- Effectuer les vérifications de crédit selon les directives. Suivre et résoudre les comptes en souffrance.
- Contribuer aux clôtures mensuelles, au bilan et au compte de résultat.
- Participer aux tâches courantes du département et proposer des améliorations des procédures.
- Intervenir de manière polyvalente sur les pôles fournisseurs, caisse et contrôle des coûts/recettes.

PROFIL RECHERCHE :
- Connaissance du logiciel PeopleSoft souhaitée
- Avoir le sens des responsabilités et le respect inconditionnel de la confidentialité des informations
- Anglais professionnel exigé
