Lead and coach college student leaders through discipleship, run Bible studies, build relationships with non-Christian students, share the gospel, attend and plan campus and church events, participate in staff meetings, and optionally pursue seminary training during a 25–30 hour weekly residency.

Team Member (5–10 hours)
- Weekly Summit College staff meetings
- Weekly Summit College Campus Meetings
- Plan and participate in all Summit College events (BMW, WinCon, SC United, summer projects)
Church Staff Member (5–10 hours)
- Involved in all Summit staff gatherings (e.g., All-staff, staff retreat, etc.)
- Serve one, attend one at a Summit campus
Seminary (3–6 hours)
- If on seminary track
