- Define integration patterns between enterprise IT systems and manufacturing/operational environments (e.g., ERP, MES, IoT/OT systems)
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering large-scale digital transformation programs across supply chain and manufacturing contexts
- Translate complex technical architectures into clear business value for senior client stakeholders
- Support business development through solution shaping, proposal development, and client workshops
- Contribute to development of reusable intellectual capital and thought leadership in enterprise architecture and digital manufacturing
- Mentor team members and foster collaboration across business, IT, and operational stakeholders
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field

- Experience with integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures; familiarity with containerization and CI/CD
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled systems and data-driven architectures
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business impact
