As a HUB Summer Intern you will be exposed to the vast career opportunities within the growing insurance brokerage industry. Students will have an assigned a project in one of our different lines of business lines: Commercial lines, Claims, Risk Services, Personal lines or Employee Benefits teams. You will learn about our business through on-the-job training, working closely with a variety of HUB team members to gain hands-on experience.

This is a full-time on premises (San Juan, PR) internship. Duration will be 8-weeks from June 2 to July 18 . 
   

What you will need for success  

• Any of the following: High School Diploma or GED, College Graduates  

• Preferred students with an expected graduation date in 2026 or 2027  

• A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn the insurance industry  

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills  

• Strong organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and handling multiple tasks  

• A collaborative team player with a desire to help others  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc
