About your role:

As a Management Intern you will support projects and business operations across infrastructure and enterprise technology functions including networking, servers, cloud, and incident response. You will work with leaders, project teams, and cross-functional partners to create dashboards, analyze data, track workstreams, and support business processes that help FTS teams in India improve visibility, coordination, and execution.

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to track project status, operational metrics, and business outcomes across FTS functions
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve visibility into project progress, service performance, and team execution.
  • Coordinate project activities including meeting schedules, action trackers, status updates, and follow-up items across infrastructure, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Prepare structured documentation such as project plans, meeting notes, process documents, operating reviews, and leadership summaries.
  • Support business reviews and governance routines by organizing inputs, validating data, and consolidating materials related to technology operations and project delivery.
  • Assist with reporting and tracking for operational initiatives tied to infrastructure performance, service management, risk items, and incident response activities.
  • Improve administrative and business support processes by documenting workflows, identifying gaps, and recommending practical improvements for FTS operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within FTS to support short-term initiatives related to project management, reporting, data visualization, and operational support.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation development.
  • Experience creating dashboards or visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Exposure to technology operations, infrastructure environments, cloud operations, networking, servers, or incident management through academic projects, internships, or related experience.
  • Ability to maintain trackers, organize project information, and communicate updates through clear and structured documentation.
  • Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Exposure to project management office (PMO) practices, governance routines, or structured project tracking within technology teams.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure or operations metrics related to network availability, server performance, cloud environments, service levels, or incident response.

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
