- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple applications simultaneously.

- Experience working with visa application centres (VAC) or immigration/consular services.
- Knowledge of Japanese/French visa documentation and immigration procedures.
