Job Description- Administration, configuration, and optimization of Citrix DaaS (Citrix Cloud) and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)
- Management and troubleshooting of Citrix NetScaler ADC (Gateway, Load Balancing, Authentication)
- Operation and further development of the Citrix infrastructure (VDAs) in Microsoft Azure, VMware vSphere, Citrix XenServer
- Administration and maintenance of XenServer environments
- Creations and management of Group/Citrix Policies for Citrix environments
- Optimization and operation of Profile Management solutions (Citrix UPM, FSLogix)
- Optimization and operation of Software/Patch Management solutions (App Layering, Scripting, Tools)
- Automation of operational processes using PowerShell & Citrix APIs
- Error analysis, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
- Supporting migration projects and integrating new technologies
- Strong knowledge of Citrix DaaS, CVAD, NetScaler, and XenServer
- Experience with Azure Cloud (IaaS, AVD, Citrix in Azure) and VMware vSphere
- Solid understanding of Group/Citrix Policies for Citrix environments
- Experience with Profile Management (Citrix UPM, FSLogix)
- Experience with Software/Patch Deployment solutions (Citrix App Layering, SCCM, OPSI etc.)
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Citrix SDK, and REST APIs
- Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Citrix Director/Monitor, ADM, ControlUp, uberAgent, PRTG etc.)
- Strong skills in Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, GPOs & Azure AD
- Familiar with Documentation platforms/tools (Confluence, Sharepoint, Visio etc.)
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule and hybrid working setup
