Counsel students and parents on studying abroad by understanding their goals, shortlisting courses and institutions, resolving queries, building rapport, driving sales targets, mentoring team members, coordinating with internal teams, and reporting operational issues.

The Sr. SRM should possess the following qualities:
- Prior Knowledge: About Country/ Education System/ Job Opportunities/ VISA and etc.
- University degree, fluent in English, good level of common office software.
- Good communicator, strong sales, and intellectual skills with a proven track record.
