Are you ready for a role in a truly international environment?
As a Study Abroad Coordinator, you will promote our Global EF Language Abroad programs to potential students with the support of your local Czech Republic and Global Program Teams. You will engage with customers personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them from their first inquiry until they return home from their trip with top-tier customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting Language Study Abroad Programs: Use our internal database to sustain a successful long-term promotion strategy
- Excellent Communication: Maintain a high-volume of outbound tele-promotion calls daily to potential students
- Team Spirit: Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team promotion goals with a positive, competitive attitude
- Relationship building: Represent EF Language Abroad at fairs and Universities to meet prospective students throughout the year
Teamwork: Build strong relationships with our global and diverse Promotion and Campus Teams to provide students with the best EF Language Abroad experience
*Please note that this role is fully on-site. Working together in person fosters creativity, spontaneous idea-sharing, and stronger team connections, which we believe is essential for success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Full fluency in Czech (reading, writing, speaking)
- Full working rights in Czech
- Someone who is detail-oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 1+ years experience in sales or telesales is highly preferred
- Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus!
- All additional languages are a plus!

About the TeamSkills Required
