We’re hiring a Senior Strategic Planning Manager to drive key strategic marketing initiatives.

The role that offers direct exposure to top management and a chance to truly understand the company from the inside.

In this role, you will lead and support strategic marketing projects, including STRAP and AOP, market assessments, defense budget analysis, partnerships, and BTI/NPI activities.

We are looking for a senior professional with 5+ years of experience, strong analytical thinking, and a background in strategy or marketing. Engineers are also welcome, especially with strong industry knowledge.

Experience in aerospace is a plus, but we also welcome candidates interested in entering the industry.

Responsibilities

Your Agenda

  • Conduct market analysis and forecasting to include market and industry trends and market sizing (OE and Aftermarket) for multiple defense platform types including Military Aircraft, Military Land Systems, Naval systems, Space, Cyber, Missiles and Unmanned systems.
  • Conduct deep dives on Defense budgets DoW + international, international country playbooks, platform playbooks, and product strategies
  • Support multiple workstreams including the development and refinement of the annual STRAP and AOP market driven model, BTI / NPIs, partnerships, VOC campaigns, etc.
Qualifications

You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytical discipline (Marketing, Business Mgmt., Math, Aerospace Engineering, etc.). 
  • Passion for aerospace industry.
  • 5+ years’ experience. 
  • Advanced analytical skills.  
  • Excellent business writing, editing, and presentation skills.  
  • Proven ability to work in a global, matrix organization while working with minimal supervision.  
  • Communicate with all levels of the organization with minimal coaching.
