Role Overview

We are looking for a Studio Manager to join our marketing team in the Tel Aviv office. This person will lead and coordinate a team of marketing designers, motion, creative and web production, serving as the operational contact between the creative studio, Port’s marketing, and additional business units like HR, operations, legal, and more. You will lead day-to-day activities and operations of the studio, and ensure high quality output across all marketing content - overseeing, supporting, and managing the delivery of design projects with a deep understanding of the design process end-to-end.

Beyond traditional studio management, you will be a catalyst for efficiency, leveraging AI-driven creative workflows to empower the team with the latest tools and methodologies.

As the Studio Manager,  you will be a key member of the marketing team, helping translate business needs into creative briefs and assignments. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with other teams at Port and be the go-to contact for any creative needs across the company. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day operational and project management of the studio, including workflow coordination, resource planning, and logistics
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing designers, video, motion and creative, fostering a collaborative and high-output creative environment
  • Partner with the senior leadership on studio planning, goal-setting, and creative strategy
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Port's teams, acting as the primary point of contact for creative needs across the business
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines and visual identity standards across all marketing content and touchpoints
  • Manage the studio's toolstack, subscriptions, and vendor relationships, ensuring the team has what they need to do their best work
  • Own studio budgeting and financial tracking, including project-level budget management and reporting
  • Be involved in hiring decisions and help grow the team as the studio scales
  • Drive Creative Efficiency through AI,  Identify and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to automate repetitive tasks, enhance the team’s creative capabilities, and significantly shorten production cycles across design and video.
  •  7 years of experience in a studio management, creative operations, or in-house production role
  • 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team of designers in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on design background with a strong understanding of the creative process end-to-end
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring alignment
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership and marketing teams to translate business needs into creative output
  • Experience cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets, tools, and vendor or agency relationships

Skills Required

  • 7 years of experience in studio management, creative operations, or in-house production role
  • 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team of designers in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on design background with a strong understanding of the creative process end-to-end
