- Take ownership of Customer Service Requests, from contract checks to resolving issues.Learn and follow Ericsson's service processes and Service Level Agreements.Investigate, analyse, and suggest solutions for product and network challenges.
- Build strong relationships with customers through direct communication and team collaboration.
- Support emergency situations to quickly restore customer networks.
- Help with software implementation in customer networks for optimal performance.
- Assist account teams in driving add-on opportunities and expanding customer success.
- Contribute to Ericsson's knowledge management, learning and sharing best practices.
