Does (Core Tasks & Activities)
Researches and analyzes global AML regulatory updates (e.g., AMLC and BSP advisories, FATF guidance) and internal performance data to assess their impact on the current AML program strategy.
Coordinates and documents strategic planning sessions, governance committee meetings, and regulatory update forums led by AML leadership.
Tracks and monitors the progress of critical AML projects (e.g., system upgrades, new model implementations, regulatory remediation) using project management tools.
Prepares and refines presentations, white papers, and communications on AML strategic objectives and performance for executive management and the Board.
Supports the annual AML Risk Assessment process by aggregating data, documenting methodologies, and coordinating stakeholder input.
