Key Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Execution: Lead high-stakes, cross-functional projects in Ride-Hailing by building high-performing project squads and managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Architect the Business Rhythm: Design, optimize, and own the operational cadence (scope, frequency, and agenda) for the Ride-Hailing division, ensuring seamless alignment with corporate cross-functions (Legal, Government Relations, Finance, etc.).
- End-to-End Governance: Facilitate critical leadership meetings - managing everything from strategic agenda-setting and pre-read preparation to crisp execution and strict accountability for follow-up actions
- Performance & Portfolio Tracking: Establish and manage the framework for tracking key initiatives, monitoring milestones, and proactively escalating bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
- Cross-Functional OKR Management: Support the alignment of cross-functional goals - ensuring clear ownership, unblocking dependencies, and keeping the leadership team informed of risks
- AI-Driven Project Management and Reporting: Champion and implement modern AI tools to automate project tracking and optimize reporting
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or business operations within a fast-paced tech company.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence diverse, cross-functional, and multicultural teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong operational rigor - a track record of running high-density meetings, driving consensus among senior leaders, and translating complex discussions into structured action items.
- Advanced proficiency with AI/automation tools for project management and reporting.
- Industry edge (Strong Plus): Direct experience in Ride-Hailing, Delivery, or dynamic digital marketplaces, particularly within multi-market or regional operations.

Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or business operations in a fast-paced tech company
