Do you want to shape the future of our people strategy and bring clarity to ways of working and collaboration globally? We are looking for a strategic and operational informal leader to join the Central People Organisation as Strategy Lead, reporting directly to the CHRO. In this role, you will lead and influence the direction of our Central People function to meet the vision of unleashing full potential of our people, while building a strong and consistent colleague experience and ensure strong alignment between business priorities and people strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Strategy Lead, you will lead the development, alignment, and execution of our People strategy, ensuring that our people agenda supports the company’s long-term vision. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating strategic ambitions into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. This role combines strategic foresight with operational excellence, requiring strong analytical capabilities but also strong collaboration across HR and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the People strategy: Lead over the long-term People vision and strategic priorities that support this direction.
  • Project Management: Lead the quarterly follow-up on projects and deliverables, ensuring progress, accountability, and timely resolution of critical risks and challenges.  
  • Executive Reporting & Insights: Develop high-quality reports and presentations for Group Management, Board, and the CPO leadership team. Provide clear performance dashboards, KPIs, and deliver data-driven insights that enable informed decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across HR and business functions to foster collaboration and alignment.
  • Communication & Transparency: Drive consistent and structured communication on CPO priorities, deliverables and outcomes. Ensure clarity of expectations and progress updates. 
  • Strategic Prioritization: Lead the prioritization of People initiatives, securing alignment with business relevance and Central People functional goals.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for a strategic thinker and collaborative informal leader with:

  • Senior experience in corporate strategy, HR strategy or management consulting.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on performance indicators and risk factors.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience in executive reporting and leadership engagement. 
  • High work capacity and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Advantage of experience within people analytics and Power BI.
  • A bachelor ’s degree in Business Administration or related field
