This role sits at the intersection of strategy, transformation execution, stakeholder alignment, business operations, and leadership decision support. You will partner with senior business owners across finance, technology, operations, risk, and related functions to shape practical initiatives and ensure movement toward defined outcomes.
This is a Business-Facing Transformation role at the intersection of strategy, advanced analytics, performance management and execution. You will help structure business problems, generate data-driven insights, quantify opportunities, develop business cases and translate recommendations into practical implementation plans.
The ideal candidate brings strong consulting, strategy, transformation, or business operations experience, with executive communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional work in ambiguous environments.
What You'll DoProblem Framing & Strategic Solutioning
- Define and structure priority business problems across core transformation themes.
- Conduct structured analysis to identify root causes, improvement areas, business impact, and strategic options.
- Shape practical solution paths and translate them into executable initiatives, roadmaps, and business cases.
Stakeholder Alignment & Cross-Functional Execution
- Align business owners across finance, technology, operations, risk, product, and related functions.
- Facilitate working sessions, leadership discussions, and decision forums to drive clarity and ownership.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, governance routines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Transformation Follow-Through & Impact Tracking
- Track progress against initiative plans, surface blockers, and drive accountability toward outcomes.
