We are looking for an Strategic sales manager, who will be responsible for primary direct customer/client contact to acquire new business or develop existing business and/or accounts. Closing sales of products and/or services in order to meet individual/team quotas and the organization’s business objectives. Operates as the primary point of contact to the customer or partner for the purpose of the sale by delivering sales presentations, developing bids, responding to proposals and negotiating final terms and contracts. Roles in this function have a significant portion of their compensation tied directly to sales results.

Responsible for supporting with winning and developing current and prospective accounts.

Working with consulting resources, you will assist clients to achieve their objectives by offering a range of products and solutions tailored to their needs and situation.

Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions, client base, and best practices.

Network effectively across client departments to develop value-added relationships that demonstrate clear understanding of the client industry, business issues and short/long range needs.

Engage with the market to understand business issues and establish associated value for different market segments.

Role is a consultative sales and business development position, requiring an ability to develop and foster long term relationships by establishing yourself as a ‘trusted advisor’ to customers.

Work closely with the account management teams to provide business development support for new sales opportunities and tender activities, managing the process from lead through to close.

Serve as a voice of the customer to inform the product roadmap and customer facing business.
What experience you need
-
Extensive experience in sales activity, with a profile highly business development approach, opening new markets and segments; similar experience in selling a B2B solutions-orientated organization that balanced delivering on short-term goals, while crafting sustainable value for large accounts, and demand for the future.

Very seasoned professional with sales activity in different channels (direct and indirect, digital, etc…). To have experience building and developing new channels is a plus.

Ability to communicate and interact with other people, customer service, initiative, organization and planning, versatility and results orientation.

It will be appreciated that you have a portfolio of clients.

Large knowledge in financial services and bank industry.

Degree: Bs in Economics, Engineer, Mathematics or Marketing
