For our Food & Nutrition segment in Belgium, we’re looking for an experienced Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) Lead who’s ready to take the next step in shaping growth, unlocking value, and driving sustainable performance — for our consumers, our customers, and our people.

Your ChallengeYou’ll play a key role in designing and deploying our 1–3-year SRM strategy in France, while also taking ownership of several pan-European digital SRM projects. This role is pivotal in accelerating how we approach pricing, promotions, trade terms, and mix for growth, ensuring we’re unlocking the full potential of our portfolio through data-led insights and world-class execution.
You will partner closely with our local sales and finance teams, while collaborating with the EU SRM Centre of Excellence — to ensure we’re not only winning today, but building for tomorrow.
What will be your key responsibilities?- Co-create and execute the France pricing & trade optimisation roadmap — from scenario planning to in-market delivery.
- Lead key digital SRM initiatives across Europe, including TPM tool implementation and process enhancement.
- Own and manage France’s pricing architecture, promo performance tracking, and SRM scorecards.
- Guide sales teams and Key Account Managers with promo modelling, capability-building and joint business planning.
- Continuously optimise trade investment deployment for ROI, while supporting data-led decision making at all levels.
- Be a digital change agent: introduce smarter tools, drive adoption and act as the bridge between global innovation and local impact.
- Stay close to competitor intelligence and customer promo dynamics — turning data into actionable insights.
- Champion SRM culture within Mars — elevating our understanding of strategic levers and how they drive growth.
- Deep SRM experience in an FMCG environment — you’ve lived and breathed pricing, promotions, and mix strategies.
- A data-driven mindset, with proven ability to draw insights from complex data sets and translate into commercial action.
- Strong grasp of trade terms and annual planning cycles, both internally and with key customers.
- Highly proficient in Excel and analytical tools and excited about digital transformation in SRM and TPM.
- A proactive collaborator, you know how to engage cross-functional stakeholders and bring clarity to complexity.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential. Your core focus will be supporting the France team while collaborating across European markets.
