- Product Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement product strategies to achieve over 35% volume growth by 2028, managing supplier relationships, targets, and pricing negotiations.

Other Job Specifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree in Chemistry or Business Administration is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years in sourcing/procurement of chemical products. Experience in the Taiwanese chemical industry is an advantage.
