About The Role

As the Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will be the primary leader responsible for owning, managing, and growing Wagmo’s most strategic, high-impact partnerships. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to maximize Wagmo’s presence within partner ecosystems, drive revenue growth, and ensure long-term success.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to optimize performance, scale activation, and build a repeatable model for strategic partnership success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute partnership strategies that drive enrollment, retention, and engagement across enterprise and platform partners, with clear success metrics and joint business plans.

  • Own revenue and adoption targets by leveraging co-marketing, sales enablement, employer outreach, and expansion into new partner segments or verticals.

  • Cultivate and manage strong executive and operational relationships to ensure Wagmo remains a prioritized partner and to surface opportunities, risks, and next steps.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations to align on partner campaigns, integrations, training, and enablement materials.

  • Equip partner sales and account teams with tools, messaging, and support to effectively position and grow Wagmo within their ecosystems.

  • Oversee partner-driven enrollments, onboarding, and support workflows, ensuring operational processes are scalable, accurate, and efficient.

  • Track and analyze partnership performance to improve conversion, retention, revenue outcomes, and continuously refine playbooks and processes.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful
  • 5–8 years in strategic partnerships, enterprise accounts, or channel programs (benefits, HR tech, insurance, or SaaS preferred).

  • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional and partner relationships at all levels.

  • Demonstrated success driving partner-led growth, revenue, or adoption.

  • Operational expertise in building scalable systems, tools, and processes.

  • Strong collaboration skills across sales, marketing, product, and customer success.

  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret trends and inform decisions.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments and comfortable being hands-on.
