Own financial close, consolidated reporting, audits, controls, tax and investor reporting. Optimize QuickBooks and lead ERP selection, improve billing and revenue processes, introduce AI and automation into accounting, and build a scalable accounting team and control framework. Own and improve Wagmo’s AI-powered claims automation pipeline, reducing processing costs while preserving accuracy and expanding automated claim resolution. Design modular, testable stages with evaluation gates, ship production LLM features, and make model and cost-quality tradeoffs. Partner with Product on priorities, review and deploy code independently, process veterinary records, and maintain a reliable system handling real claims and payments.

Own and expand Wagmo’s AI-powered claims automation pipeline. The Senior Software Engineer will improve model routing, reduce processing costs, increase automation accuracy, modularize and evaluate pipeline stages, and ship production AI features that support real financial claims decisions. The role requires strong Python skills, experience with production LLM systems, system refactoring, model-cost tradeoffs, and close collaboration with Product.

Owns the performance and evolution of AI-powered Support and Claims automation. Responsibilities include monitoring workflows, tuning prompts and logic, building evaluations and regression tests, improving Zendesk routing and agent-assist tools, integrating live APIs into bots, tracking automation metrics, and partnering with Engineering on advanced AI capabilities.

Own Wagmo’s application architecture across insurance, claims, partner integrations, identity, and AI systems. Establish technical direction, lead architecture reviews, retire legacy systems, design configurable onboarding, and create scalable identity and AI governance architectures. The role requires hands-on coding, strong Python and Django expertise, experience with migrations and third-party integrations, and the ability to influence technical decisions without direct reports while mentoring squad tech leads.

Own a named portfolio of 25–50 Fortune 500 accounts across prospecting, enterprise sales, onboarding, enrollment adoption, expansion, and renewal. Build strategic account plans, manage complex stakeholder relationships, lead RFPs and negotiations, forecast multiple pipelines, and partner with implementation, customer success, marketing, product, and finance teams. Maintain executive-level relationships while driving durable, multi-year revenue growth.

Senior marketing leader to define Wagmo's brand and growth strategy across employers, brokers, and pet parents. Build integrated brand and performance marketing systems, scale teams and agencies, enable B2B go-to-market, leverage AI and MarTech, and link marketing to measurable revenue outcomes.
