The mission

Industrialize Vocca's partnerships engine to grow partnerships as a source of qualified leads and accelerate the acquisition of new accounts, particularly large hospital accounts.

This is a central role in the organization: you report directly to Alex (Head of Sales) and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Tech (on API and integration topics) and Finance (on revenue sharing).

Expected outcomes

After 3 months

  • Full ownership of all existing partnerships (Doctolib, Maia, UGAP, Enovacom, etc.), with Alex's handover finalized and per-partner history of exchanges accessible.

  • Complete mapping of target software vendors by specialty, with top 3 prioritized and an account plan defined for each opportunity.

  • Audit of the lead-gen potential of each existing partner + activation plan per account.

After 6 months

  • Revenue sharing process structured (invoicing/payout cadence, finance/partnerships roles clarified).

  • 1 hospital integration deal signed or very close, 2 others in advanced stage (LOI or term sheet), first ESPIC pilots launched.

  • In collaboration with Vocca's marketing team: at least 3 marketing actions launched with partners (webinar, event, co-branded content) generating measurable pipeline.

  • 1 major exclusivity negotiated or re-negotiated with a strategic partner.

After one year

  • 3 new integration deals signed, including at least 1 with a hospital, with a structured pipeline channel on ESPICs.

  • ≥ 20% of new business pipeline coming from partnerships, with influenced ARR tracked monthly.

  • 100% of existing partners with a structured quarterly review + at least 2 strategic exclusivities or amendments signed + revenue sharing running smoothly without finance escalation.

Your responsibilities

Maintain and grow existing partnerships

You take full operational ownership of the portfolio (Doctolib, Maia, UGAP, Enovacom, etc.). You are the single point of contact on Vocca's side, you keep the cadence (quarterly reviews, commercial activation tracking, API improvements in coordination with the tech team). You structure the revenue sharing mechanics with finance and negotiate major exclusivities when opportunities arise.

Unlock the hospital market and new integration deals

You lead the software vendor market audit by specialty (Dedalus, Softway Medical, Mencare, other DPIs) and build the account-by-account attack strategy. You drive discussions end-to-end, from identifying the power user to signature, including financial negotiation and technical integration.

Activate lead generation and prescription through partners

You build the lead handoff mechanics with partners (template, SLA, conversion tracking) and lead co-marketing actions in colead with the Marketing team. The goal: turn partnerships into a real source of measurable and recurring pipeline.

Structure the operational mechanics of partnerships

You put in place the processes, rituals and tools that allow the portfolio to grow without breaking. You document, you standardize, you smooth cross-team interactions (Sales, Marketing, Tech, Finance).

This role is for you if

Prerequisites:

  • You have 4 to 8 years of experience in client-facing or investor-facing roles requiring complex negotiation (VC, partnerships, alliances, BD or senior KAM), ideally with exposure to the healthcare sector or the e-health ecosystem (Doctolib, Maia, Lifen, Maincare, Dedalus, or equivalent).

  • You can lead tough negotiations on large accounts: financial terms, exclusivity clauses, complete account mapping (org chart, decision-makers, sponsors, blockers, power users).

  • You know how to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments (tech, biz, legal, finance) to move a partnership forward.

  • Professional English to communicate internally at Vocca.

Our evaluation criteria for this role:

  • Hands-on: you know how to build alone (no team, few processes), you roll up your sleeves beyond your scope when necessary.

  • Commercial DNA and strategic mindset: you understand the deep drivers of your counterparts, you engage for the long term, you can open a cold conversation with a CIO of a large group or the head of a legacy software vendor.

  • Senior posture and relational plasticity: you are credible in front of a hospital or software vendor executive committee, you adapt to the codes and tempo of each counterpart.

  • Entrepreneurial DNA: you are sunny, proactive, curious, and you think collective before yourself.

Nice to have:

  • You have already worked in a startup or scale-up, you have experienced hyper-growth rhythm.

  • Technical fluency with APIs and connectors (FHIR, REST) to dialogue with tech teams on both Vocca's and partners' sides.

  • Knowledge of the healthcare world.

  • An already activatable network with healthcare software vendors, public hospitals, CPTS or URPS.

This role is NOT for you if
  • You want to manage a team from day one: this role is deliberately IC for Y1 and demands all your energy on building and executing.

  • You are a pure deal hunter who doesn't enjoy nurturing a portfolio: a significant part of the job is also managing existing partners, and success on this role is measured as much on long-term management quality as on new closings.

  • You prefer well-defined environments with established processes: here everything is to be built, and the ability to move forward in ambiguity is non-negotiable.

  • You are more comfortable with strategy and recommendation alone than with end-to-end execution of a deal.

Career path

This is the first dedicated partnership hire at Vocca. You join to structure the function and lay the foundations of a partnerships team that will grow with Vocca's trajectory (France → Europe → Global). The natural trajectory of this role is Head of Partnerships, on a horizon that depends on your results and the company's growth pace.

Perks and Benefits
  • Equity (BSPCE)

  • Executive contract (cadre) on a forfait-jours basis, with ~8–12 RTT days per year (depending on the year’s public holidays).

  • Hybrid Paris: at least 3 days in the office per week. Occasional travel (Marseille to meet partners, trade shows such as Santexpo, partner vendors in regions).

  • MacBook provided.

  • Meal vouchers: €9 per working day (55% covered by the company).

  • EGYM Wellpass (Gymlib).

  • Offices in Paris center (75001).

  • Health insurance: 50% of Alan covered.

  • Public transport: 50% of Navigo covered.

  • Annual offsite and multiple team events throughout the year.
