What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary enablement lead for Google Cloud and Oracle strategic partnerships.
  • Build and implement foundational enablement strategies for two distinct partner ecosystems.
  • Develop relationships with partner executives, alliance teams, enablement stakeholders, sales organizations, technical communities, and customer success leaders.
  • Navigate and support differing partner motions across cloud-native and enterprise technology audiences.
  • Drive alignment between internal stakeholders and evolving partner priorities.
  • Design and launch foundational enablement strategies across both Google Cloud and Oracle partnerships.
  • Develop audience-specific enablement approaches aligned to each partner's business model and culture.
  • Build relationships across cloud-native, technical, enterprise infrastructure, and business stakeholder communities.
  • Create scalable learning pathways supporting AI adoption, cloud modernization, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

  • Experience building new programs, functions, or strategic initiatives in environments where processes and playbooks were still being created.
  • Experience with hyperscaler cloud partnerships (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure) as well as enterprise infrastructure or ERP-adjacent partner ecosystems (e.g., Oracle) preferred.
  • Comfort adapting enablement approach across meaningfully different partner cultures and sales motions within the same portfolio.
  • Ability to manage two concurrent, early-stage partner relationships without losing momentum on either.
  • 8 or more years of experience in partner success, strategic partnerships, partner enablement, customer success, learning and development, consulting, or a related field within enterprise technology.
  • Experience designing and delivering learning or enablement programs for external partners, customer-facing teams, or enterprise technology audiences.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data ecosystems, enterprise software, or AI technologies, with the ability to learn new products and technical concepts quickly.
  • The ability to translate complex technical topics into relevant, accessible learning experiences for both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience partnering with sales, solutions architecture, product, customer success, alliances, and other cross-functional teams.
