About this opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and commercially savvy individual to join Ericsson as a Strategic Partner Account Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to generate value through strategic partnerships and unlock growth in the strategic and large multinational enterprise segment.
The scope of the role is hybrid, covering Southern and Eastern Europe as well as Global responsibilities, and spans the full Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions portfolio.
In this role, you will manage and develop partner relationships, grow mindshare across partners' global and regional teams, increase the number of certified skilled employees within partner organisations, and drive joint business growth.
You will also identify, initiate, and develop new strategic partnerships while focusing on achieving partnership objectives and acting as the primary point of contact for partners, always representing the Ericsson brand with professionalism, unity, and integrity.
What you will do• Establish relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders in prioritized partner organisations to build mindshare.• Champion partner agreement negotiation and closure.• Create and execute strategic plans to develop partner relationships.• Drive partner enablement, training, and certifications to build a strong skilled resource pool on the Ericsson Enterprise portfolio.• Build joint funnel through proactive customer engagement and support RFx responses.• Ensure tripartite end-customer engagement throughout partner and customer interactions, with a priority on high-profile incumbent customers.• Plan and execute joint marketing activities with prioritized partners.• Actively manage partnership strategy to accommodate evolving business needs.• Identify and nurture new potential strategic partners.• Serve as a role model for Ericsson values, fostering a culture of unity and integrity among partners.

The position includes benefits and employment conditions in accordance with the Dirigenti National Collective Labour Agreement and Company-Union Agreements.
