The Specialty Equipment Division is currently seeking a Strategic Marketing Services Representative to join the Marketing team in our downtown Cincinnati office. Great American’s culture is built on connection, shared learning, and strong relationships. To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in‑office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs.

The Marketing Representative supports the growth and expansion of Specialty Equipment markets through strategic marketing initiatives, content development, lead generation support, and end-to-end event planning and execution. This role partners with sales, operations, client services, product leaders, and corporate marketing to deliver integrated programs that enhance the prospect and client experience while supporting business objectives.

This position combines creative execution with strong project coordination, serving as the marketing team’s primary owner for events while helping scale marketing programs and campaigns with accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery. It also contributes ideas that improve processes, strengthen customer experience, and increase overall marketing effectiveness.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, digital, content, and event marketing efforts.
  • Assist in creating audience-specific marketing plans and campaign tactics aligned with business objectives.
  • Help manage lead generation activities, including gated content offers, campaign follow-up strategies, and nurture programs.

Content Development & Communications

  • Develop, write, edit, and maintain a variety of marketing content including articles, case studies, white papers, sales collateral, presentations, website content, emails, business continuity messaging, and social media assets.
  • Manage the team communication/Sharepoint strategy to keep Divisional employees apprised of marketing activities and resources.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute conferences, trade shows, client events, and webinars, coordinating logistics, vendor relationships, sponsorship activities, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up.
  • Measure and report on event effectiveness and business impact.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within financial services, insurance, equipment finance, or a related industry.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with experience supporting marketing campaigns and content development.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including experience with project management tools and the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with event planning and management.
  • The position level will be determined based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience.
