We are seeking a strategic, analytically rigorous individual to fill the role of a Strategic Insights Manager within the Commercial Strategy & Transformation team. This role will serve as a critical partner in driving a 360° view of business performance, supporting the Line of Business (LoB) Rhythm of the Business (RtB), and advancing high-impact commercial transformation initiatives.
This individual will combine structured problem solving, data-driven insight generation, and cross-functional influence to accelerate growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure accountability to transformational OKRs.
- Support the Rhythm of the Business (RtB) operating model (e.g., QBR preparation, earnings support, dashboard development) while advancing carved-out workstreams and transformation-focused analyses
- Lead efforts to gather, analyze, and interpret commercial performance data, customer insights, and market trends to identify actionable insights and synthesize at an executive level
- Develop detailed fact bases and standardized assessment approach to formulate initial data-driven hypotheses to guide strategic discussions and decision-making
- Create robust business cases and financial models to assess the feasibility, impact, and ROI of proposed transformation initiatives working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to validate assumptions, conduct sensitivity analysis, and present recommendations
- Collaborate with Commercial Strategy & Transformation HQ resources on specific artifacts, playbooks, and frameworks to support activation plans and ensure consistency in execution
- Support program management of transformation initiatives tied to commercial transformation projects, ensuring alignment, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI tracking mechanisms to monitor performance, proactively surface tactical insights, and recommend optimization actions
- 3-5+ years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years in management consulting, private equity or top-tier tech strategy or ‘biz ops’ functions
- Robust analytical skill set mixed with intellectual curiosity and open-mindedness to accelerate change
- GTM experience with strategic business transformation and commercial excellence topics such as operating model design, process efficiency, sales effectiveness, productivity improvement, revenue acceleration, etc.
- Experience in partnering with cross functional teams to program manage and execute large-scale transformations
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to Executive audiences
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred or “direct promote” in Consulting
- Experience in the B2B technology industry is a must, knowledge of the data storage industry is a plus
