As an Associate of Pillar 3 Reporting within the Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team, you will lead the reporting of the Pillar 3 disclosure framework and collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner with colleagues across Corporate Finance, Risk functions, and the Firm’s Line of Business (LOB).
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with Basel III requirements and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of Pillar 3 report, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Collaborate with various lines of business, Regulatory Controllers, and SEC reporting teams to gather data and produce Pillar 3 disclosure.
- Prepare the materials for the Certification, Sr. Management meetings and present the report and summary of key items and changes quarter over quarter.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Pillar 3 reporting process.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting control and governance framework
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial reporting, risk management, or a related field, with a strong focus on regulatory reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of Basel III requirements and Pillar 3 disclosure standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, MBA) is preferred
- Familiarity with w-Desk application preferred
- Knowledge of Regulatory Capital and RWA, US GAAP is an advantage
