- Proven ability to protect recurring revenue, strengthen account health, improve adoption and value realization, engage executive stakeholders, mitigate renewal risk, and identify growth opportunities within large, complex customer relationships.
- Demonstrated success engaging senior executives and complex buying committees across business, technology, data, strategy, procurement, and operational functions.
- Experience managing enterprise relationships beyond renewal administration, including account planning, stakeholder mapping, adoption improvement, risk mitigation, value realization, executive engagement, and opportunity identification.
