Qualifications:
Ideal candidate: A customer-first communicator with a project/program management background who is highly detail-oriented and confident owning engagement financials (tracking burn/utilization, forecasting, and supporting invoicing/change controls) while partnering effectively with technical delivery teams.
Required
- 5 to 7 years of technical project management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Project Milestone Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting updates to customer stakeholders.
- Customer-facing experience (client service, account support, delivery, or similar).
- Project/program management experience (or strong experience running status, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder follow-through).
- Strong financial and analytical capability, including burn/utilization tracking, forecasting, and supporting invoicing/change control; advanced comfort in Excel/reporting.

The Associate Strategic Engagement Manager owns the financial and operational rhythm of customer-facing resourcing engagements—driving clear communication, accurate reporting, and disciplined follow-through to support successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day communication with consultants and customer stakeholders; run a consistent status cadence and manage expectations.
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, intake, and interviews; partner with resource management and delivery teams to align on scope and timing.
- Own engagement financial tracking and reporting (utilization, burn, forecast-to-end, variance/risk); ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
