Design, develop, test, deploy, and support custom applications and third-party integrations for WWT’s deal configuration processes. Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, apply AI-assisted development practices, troubleshoot production issues, document solutions, participate in Agile ceremonies, and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, maintainable software.

Leads technical teams and consultants across customer engagements, overseeing project delivery, resource allocation, capacity planning, utilization, budgets, timelines, reporting, invoicing, and issue escalation. Partners with sales, resource managers, hiring managers, and enterprise clients to onboard consultants, support extensions and new opportunities, manage change orders, and maintain stakeholder relationships. Owns workforce enablement for Strategic Resourcing, including onboarding, operational training, process documentation, knowledge management, and live facilitation. Coordinates SR360 associate rotations, mentorship, learning objectives, progress reporting, and continuous improvement. Partners with subject-matter experts and operational leaders to translate business processes and system changes into practical training resources. Analyzes participation, feedback, employee questions, and knowledge gaps to improve readiness, adoption, and operational consistency.

Supports sales territory and account coverage planning by analyzing sales data, developing quotas, evaluating territory potential, and recommending coverage adjustments. Partners with sales leaders to execute territory plans, improve workflows, and support business process automation and reporting. The role also contributes to planning feedback loops and related projects that improve sales productivity and growth.

Facilitates and streamlines US new-hire onboarding, ensuring paperwork, compliance requirements, background and drug screenings, I-9/E-Verify processes, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
