Job Description:Job DescriptionResponsibility for Google Strategic Sales is to drive the overall sales revenue and design wins.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy for Google. Drive design wins and quarterly targets for Broadcom networking products.
Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain high-level executive relationships across Google's infrastructure organizations.
Internal Orchestration: Operate as the central point of contact within Broadcom to align cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance) with Google.
Revenue Operations: Drive forecast and revenue alignment with internal/ external stakeholders.
Market Expansion: Win designs and expand the networking footprint across Google infrastructure. Champion product planning alignment, engineering/ program execution and supply execution to ensure customer success.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 15+ years of experience in Executive Sales Leadership within the semiconductor or networking industry.
Domain Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Hyperscale/Data Center sales with a deep technical understanding of Ethernet switching, PCIe switching and server interconnect, storage connectivity and Optical interconnect technologies.
Track Record: Proven history of meeting/exceeding growth metrics and building actionable relationships across organizations.
Soft Skills: Hi EQ with exceptional ability to align internal and external stakeholders and navigate complex corporate structures with a results-oriented mindset.
Education: B.A./B.S. in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Travel: Ability to travel globally as required to support the account.

Compensation and Benefits
The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $193,800 - $310,000
OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents and salary. In addition, as a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible to receive a competitive new hire equity grant and annual equity awards, directly connecting your success to the company's growth. All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
